The Contract:
A ban has been put on Friedlos.
We, the citizens, have found it necessary to bring this ban into motion.
In the expulsion of one citizen we gain to strengthen the solidity of our circle commune.
We are together in this choice of banishment and our togetherness will further flourish as the circle closes behind the banned.
The expulsion is a necessity. It is purely an act of stabilization.
A functioning circuit must detract certain elements.
In the exclusion of unwanted elements we clearly state the elements wanted by this commune. In the exclusion we define the stabile of the included.
